About the Role
Serene Clean is seeking experienced Independent Contractor Home Cleaning Specialists to provide residential cleaning services throughout the Austin area.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W2 employment role. Contractors maintain control over their schedules, availability, and service acceptance while delivering cleaning services under Serene’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential cleanings including routine maintenance and deep cleans
Deliver consistent, high quality service aligned with Serene standards
Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Communicate professionally with clients when needed
Follow access instructions and property guidelines
Maintain punctuality and reliability
Requirements
1+ year of residential cleaning experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Smartphone for job communication
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
